Why EMPRESS ZITA..?
You may be wondering about the origin of the houses' names. There are historical reasons for this.
More than a hundred years ago, a large part of the village of Pöckau burned down. Empress Zita - a beloved figure of the Austro-Hungarian period, personally visited the village and provided generous financial help for reconstruction. Our farm also benefited from this.
