For the sake of nature

The village runs via an emissions-free, energy-efficient ground water / heat exchanger for heating and cooling,

as well as a significant photovoltaic system, which also feeds the car e-charging stations.

The sustainable construction of the houses is based on regionality, quality and resource conservation.

The old stock will not be demolished, but renovated and adapted.

In addition to the use of building materials such as wood, stone and brick, emphasis is placed on organic insulation material so that the environment is not polluted in the future.
