General information about prices and financing

1. The total apartment price is made up of the price per square meter for the net living space and a third of this for terraces, balconies and loggias (covered galleries).

2. Area tolerance: structural changes (service shafts, insulation, chimneys) may result in minor changes in the area, which will be taken into account in the final payment.

3. Extras are credited as follows:
